One of the Center’s signature programs, the Leadership Institute is a five-day residential program for young women offering curriculum to help them lead wherever they land. Workshop content includes financial planning and money management, negotiating better salaries, networking skills, listening and leading skills, achieving life balance, and more. Workshops are taught by women who are experts in their fields: non-profit, entrepreneurial, business, and life skills.

The Leadership Institute is open to women who are currently attending two-year or four-year institutions (undergraduate or graduate) in Washington, those who are enrolled out-of-state with residency or internships in Washington, and women who have recently graduated from college and are residents of Washington State.
