Katie Jenkins has enjoyed 18 years in the HR consulting and tech industry. In her early career, Katie developed, implemented, and account managed multiple Mercer HR tech solutions. Katie also spent 4 years in customer success and partner management leadership at PayScale and Quantivate. As someone who progressed her career by jumping across various traditional paths, Katie is thrilled to now be the Product Director for Mercer’s Skills-Edge solution which enables organizations to manage and invest in talent based on skills vs job title history. Katie resides in Seattle with her husband and twin 6-year olds where they enjoy hiking and traveling around the PNW.

Christine Perez is a tech industry professional with over ten years of experience in marketing, content development, sales, and product management. She has a passion for bringing storytelling to tech and has written about creativity and content development in her newsletter. Outside of work, Christine enjoys cooking, playing with her Golden Retriever Teddy, traveling with her husband, and dreaming up her next big business idea.

For more than 21 years, Lynn Terwoerds has been a technology thought leader and cybersecurity strategist for global companies – Microsoft, Barclays PLC, Oracle. Her career journey spans from hands-on experience running global security incident response to top secret clearance working on critical infrastructure long-term security strategy. Lynn also serves as board President of the Northwest Maritime Center and is an investor and advisor to a technology startup, Containn.

Vanessa Pegueros has over 30 years of experience managing technology, security, privacy and risk teams in a variety of verticals giving her a unique perspective as a business leader and in serving on corporate boards. She has held roles in Engineering, Sales, Product Development, IT and Operations within Financial Services, Telecommunications, eComm and SaaS companies including Sprint, AT&T Wireless, US Bank, Expedia, DocuSign and OneLogin. She recently embarked upon Angel investing and has invested in Mondoo, Ellevest, and Us in Technology.

Morgan McCaughey has spent her professional career diving into a variety of industries and roles, including consulting, manufacturing, aerospace, and tech. She is an experienced Product Operations manager with a strong background in agile development and management of B2B SaaS products. As a talented communicator with an MA in Technical and Professional Writing and a Certified Scrum Master, Morgan is skilled at working cross-functionally to solve product and customer problems. She’s worked in Support, Customer Services, Customer Experience, and Operations teams, and currently works in the Product org at Fullstory. Morgan is thrilled to join the board of the Center for Women in Democracy as the Events Committee Chair. You can find Morgan working from home in Seattle, WA with her partner and their adventure buddy, Mozzie the Border Collie.
